The existing steps have failed and do not match the new lower landing floor…scaled drawings of the new steps – now from 4 to 4 steps and with storage drawers in the risers…the new steps were stained to match the existing older pine in the house…Design and build of new oak bench seat. The back is removable- so it can be upholstered and re-fitted.under-bench storage cupboard incorporated too…
