1930s house with a small kitchen that needed modernising & clients wanted an under-stairs toilet with some natural light too. Aluminium windows and french doors were fitted and a new scandi-style kitchen – built from various suppliers and sources – was adjusted and fitted as part of the process… A non-supporting dividing-wall was knocked out and one of the existing windows removed to make way for the moving of the boiler to the exterior lean to: to create more space in the kitchen itself.
